In addittion to beautiful buildings London also has beautiful parks and gardens. They are the Royal Parks. Millions of people visit the Royal Parks each year. There are eight Royal Parks and in this post, we will talk about some of them.

- Kensington Gardens
- The Regent’s Park
- Richmond Park
- St James’s Park
The 5,000 acres of historic parland provide unparalleled opportunities for enjoyment, exploration and healthy living in the heart of London.
St James’ Park
This park is at the very heart of London. It’s a small park, but it’s very beautiful. Often used for ceremonial and state occasions, the Park is a fantastic setting for pom and splendour.

You can go there on foot from the Big Ben.

This park is next tothree palaces: the Palace of Westminster, which currently houses the chambers of Parliament, St James Palace and the Palace of Buckingham.

The most anticipated event in the park of St James is, without a doubt, the Changing of the Guard, which occurs in the front of Buckingham Palace.
Kensington Gardens
This park has magnificent tree lined avenues and is the setting for Kensington Palace.

In these gardens you can see the bronze statue of Peter Pan, the famous boy that lives in “Neverland”.

There the children can play in Diana, Princess of Wales’s Memorial Playground. It’s a fun place and the children love it.
Hyde Park
It’s the biggest and most famous amog the Royal Parks. Was created to satisfy a royal passion for hunting. But over the year it became a place where people have pursued many other pleasures.
There is the “Speaker’s Corner” in this park. It’s a place where the people can talk about anything they want.

There’s a beautiful lake called “Serpentine” in the Hyde Park. The ducks and brids are always there.

This park is an amazing place. When you are there, you forget you’re in the middle of London.
The Regent’s Park
It is the largest grass area for sports in Central London and offers a wide variety of activities,

and offers a wide variety of activities, as well as an Open Air Theatre (there you can watch a play by Shakespeare).

the London Zoo (there are animals and birds from all over the world in this zoo).
